‘Shetland Pony, Unst’ is a Limited Edition Fine Art Giclée Print. The photograph was taken in Unst en route to a secret beach. It is printed to an archival quality on environmentally conscious paper.
This limited edition set of prints will be printed across three sizes (the other two sizes are to be confirmed) with a total of 150 official prints produced. Your print will be numbered and signed by creator Rhea Kay on the front, and the titled and dated on the back for reference. It will be accompanied with a small certificate of authenticity.
Size 8x10” will come in an edition of 100.
In addition to the official number of limited edition prints, please note that we have a small number of artist proofs and development proofs that may also be sold in future. To avoid waste, imperfect/damaged prints may also be sold in future clearances and will be clearly marked to say so.

COVID-19 INFORMATION:
We are monitoring the situation carefully so please note that our dispatch schedule is subject to change.
Standard shipping times may be affected by Covid-19, so your items may take a little longer than expected to get to you. Typically your items will be tracked so you can see its progress, but please get in touch if you are concerned about a package you are waiting on.
Orders aim to be dispatched within 3 working days (Mon-Fri).
UNITED KINGDOM
We are glad to provide free shipping on all UK orders. We typically use the Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service.
Items are expected to arrive within 1 to 3 days of being dispatched, bearing in mind our remote location in the Shetland Islands. Items shipped to other remote locations in the UK may also take a little longer to get to you.
INTERNATIONAL
We are glad to provide discounted shipping rates on all international orders. Due to the precious nature of our items, we use either the Royal Mail International Signed or the International Tracked & Signed shipping service.
Items dispatched from the UK aim to arrive in the EU within 3 to 5 days of being dispatched, and around 12 days for the rest of the world. Please bear in mind that this may take a little longer for more remote locations.
Our shipping costs do not include any locally applied taxes and charges that may be levied by your country (this typically applies to orders outside of the UK). Such costs are your own responsibility.

RETURNS
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a full or partial refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are damaged, faulty or misdescribed. In such instances, please feel welcome to send an email to hello@hvalholm.com with proof of purchase, and kindly explain the issue with along with photographs.
In addition to your legal rights, our policy allows you 21 days from the date you receive your goods to return them if you simply change your mind. To be eligible for a successful return and refund, please return the unused goods in its original condition with the original receipt within 21 days of receiving the goods. When packaging your goods for a return, this must be securely packaged and addressed to us.
Please note; you will be solely responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned goods and accept no liability for loss or damage, so you may wish to consider a shipping service with tracking, or purchase shipping insurance. We may ask for proof of postage.
For international returns the customer should clearly mark the return package as "returned British goods" to avoid any duties.
REFUND/EXCHANGE
Once we have received your package we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved for an exchange, we will be in touch with the eligible items. If you are approved for a refund, we will be in touch to let you know that this is being processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This should be with you within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that we will refund you for the cost of the goods only, as any shipping costs on placing the order are non-refundable.
If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your bank or original payment method. It can take a few days before your refund is fully processed so we would recommend checking with your bank again after a few days.
