THIS POLICY IS OFFERED IN ADDITION TO YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. WHEN YOU BUY GOODS FROM A BUSINESS, IN LAW YOU HAVE A NUMBER OF RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. THESE INCLUDE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND, REPLACEMENT, REPAIR AND/OR COMPENSATION WHERE THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED, FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED. IN SUCH INSTANCES, PLEASE FEEL WELCOME TO SEND AN EMAIL TO HELLO@HVALHOLM.COM WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE, AND KINDLY EXPLAIN THE ISSUE WITH ALONG WITH PHOTOGRAPHS.

IN ADDITION TO YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, OUR POLICY ALLOWS YOU 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR GOODS TO RETURN THEM IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN AND REFUND, PLEASE RETURN THE UNUSED GOODS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WITHIN 21 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS. WHEN PACKAGING YOUR GOODS FOR A RETURN, THIS MUST BE SECURELY PACKAGED AND ADDRESSED TO US. 

 

PLEASE NOTE; YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED GOODS AND ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE, SO YOU MAY WISH TO CONSIDER A SHIPPING SERVICE WITH TRACKING, OR PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE MAY ASK FOR PROOF OF POSTAGE.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS THE CUSTOMER SHOULD CLEARLY MARK THE RETURN PACKAGE AS "RETURNED BRITISH GOODS" TO AVOID ANY DUTIES.

REFUND/EXCHANGE

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE, WE WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH THE ELIGIBLE ITEMS. IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR A REFUND, WE WILL BE IN TOUCH TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THIS IS BEING PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. THIS SHOULD BE WITH YOU WITHIN 14 DAYS OF US RECEIVING THE RETURNED GOODS. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL REFUND YOU FOR THE COST OF THE GOODS ONLY, AS ANY SHIPPING COSTS ON PLACING THE ORDER ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

 

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND YET, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR BANK OR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. IT CAN TAKE A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS FULLY PROCESSED SO WE WOULD RECOMMEND CHECKING WITH YOUR BANK AGAIN AFTER A FEW DAYS.
